There is Outlaw/Nigel Higgins, from England, who is/was a member of the Champions of Europe.

Wasn't this basically what MI-13 was for?

Don't get too worked up over it. This book won't be around very long. I'm not saying it's going to be terrible. I'm just saying that Marvel puts too many books out and this will be lost in the shuffle

He actually did a discard and draw. He gave his Amulet of Right to Betsy, then after escaping from Morgan La Fay's brainwashing, redid the test - and picked the Sword of Might. That came with a new costume, but he was scared, and asked Betsy to hide the sword. That surely won't be the end of that story - keep reading Excalibur!

Nah, Marvel pushed him aside in favor of Besty. Even if he was still in the role he would have left due to Brexit Oh c'mon, we are on a thread about a British team of superheroes it was only a matter of time before someone made a Brexit joke.

The Champions of Europe have a branding problem for sure. They're so called because they formed at the end of Contest of Champions. Seems fair enough, right? The problem, though, is that the teenage Champions debuted at the same time. It should be noted, by the way, that three of those heroes are British, and the remaining two are French. There's another team, called Euroforce, which Black Knight was part of.

Yes, but the original poster asked about black heroes in England, not black heroes who are native British. Blade is the latter, and sometimes the former; Shift and Howitzer are both UK residents.

Point taken. I just assumed he meant native to there. Dragonfly/Andre LeRoux should be added to the list as well then.

I considered Dragonfly, but last we heard he'd returned to NYC.
