I think people maybe got a little worn out with him during the Dark Reign era but I agree. Big fan and he has potential.

I can't pick just one but i will say i tend to prefer the b-z list villains over guys like Doom or Magneto or whoever but anyhow some of the ones i like:

    Taskmaster
    Wrecker and the Wrecking Crew
    The Hood
Bullseye ( or does he fall under A list?)
    Electro/Max Dillon
    Puma
    The Spot
    Shocker

Plenty more but i'd be here all day if i listed them all.

The Hood with Tiboro's Coat (from Coat of Arms, although I wouldn't want her to die just so he could have it!), would be awesome. Six arms with magical handguns? Yes please!

I think his last appearance was in an issue of Venom in 2018. It ended with Venom throwing him at Spider Woman so he could escape. If I recall correctly.

If we're talking low-wattage characters, I was always fond of Batroc. More capable that he'd seem, and he actually has a sense of honor (aside from the lying, cheating, stealing mercenary side of him).

The Enchantress always seems underused to me.

She should be giving the Emma Frost treatment/respect.

Galactus. I know he's not supposed to be a "B villain" but based on treatment most of the time, yeah, he's a B villain.

I thought he was a funny joke villain, but gosh, that MCU version of him was badass...

The 616 Beetle has always been higher on the Iron Man villain hierarchy than he probably had any reason to be for me personally. Ol' Abner Jenkins... Also had one of the worst names in the 616. His name sounded like it came from the reconstruction era yet he mastered a purple armored powersuit.
Beefing up the old home security, huh?
    You bet yer ass.
