Recently I'd been talking about casting Rick Cosnett as Pyro, but as he had JUST come out, I wasn't sure he'd be comfortable hamming it up as villain. I was imagining Pyro & Avalanche as the Black Mask & Zsasz of the mutant world, with Pyro specifically having a madcap flair that's equal parts Pulp Fiction and Priscilla Queen of the Desert. Jenek might not be right either, but I want Mystique's Brotherhood to FEEL like a legendary house from Pose.

that's the definitive brotherhood vibe. I would adore that kind of dynamic from Pyro and Avalanche, and if anything Birds of Prey taught me that unexpected actors can play it incredibly well - never would have chosen McGregor and Messina myself but oh man did they make it work

Still feel like Jacob Elordi will be thr perfect Scott in a few years. He looks just like Francis' Scott and is already such a great actor that would be able to play Cyclops character arc perfectly.

For a minute I wanted Lily James to play Betsy, but now I want Elizabeth Debicki.

I think Lily James would make a good Dazzler. We know she can sing and dance already. Halston Sage was good in the role but I think she’d suit Husk or Wallflower better.

Same. Afro-latino characters are almost nonexistent in media, and I don't want one of the few that exists in comics to be reduced to just being another black character. His name is Armando Munoz. Let a Latino actor play him this time.
