Okay, there's who should the MCU cast as these characters for 10 years of films and Disney+ series, and who is a good fit for the character as they are in the comics. They are two vastly different things. I'm going to do more of a lookbook sort of thing, just to capture the characters in theory.
Charlize Theron would be a perfect Emma Frost.

Regina King as Moira X. She doesn't need to be Scottish, but Regina could do the accent if she wanted to.
Lesley Manville as Irene.
Dev Patel as Cyclops (he comes across in the 21 age bracket even though he's 30-ish)
Maya Hawke as Rogue.
Sarah Paulson as Mystique in deep-undercover mode. Blue Mystique was overdone by Fox and we probably won't see her blued for a while.

Iceman - I saw someone suggest Lucas Hedges for an MCU cast a while ago and that idea has grown on me. I also wouldn't mind Keiynan Lonsdale in the role, but he's a bit older than I'd like.
Kitty Pryde - Olivia Cooke or Kaitlyn Dever.
Mystique - Julianne Moore
Destiny - Ideally Katharine Hepburn but since she's not available, Helen Mirren

Jacob Elordi as Cyclops.
He's super tall (6'4) and has a swimmers build, so you can still apply the "Slim" nickname IMO. Not sure about acting ability, but has the right look.

I love how you all are just reassigning races like woah! The X-Men are too damn white, but dang! Just move Ororo to the fore, give Lucas/John/James/Monet/Roberto/Juilo a chance to shine, and maybe even add Sway or Xorn to make things more inclusive.
