In West Coast Avengers, he wore a jumpsuit and few around in a pod he called Rover. IIRC, he didn't put on a costume again until the teen Tony era, around #389.

Yeah, I think he returned to a superhero identify and costume as Giant-Man? He was wearing those ridiculous pouches around his shoulders. I do miss the Pyms in the Avengers.
