I like that the people getting naked shown in Eeexcalibur #3 were cultists and not mutants as that made no sense. Not only its a nice connective tissue but also the notion that media would blame mutants for crazy flatscans actions. Is a nice touch.

They doesn't have teachers and many kids are without parents. They are easy prey to Omega Red

No, Magneto has said he would be punished.

Really, Krakoa has MORE than 3 laws. Those are simply the foundations. Killing humans is more serious than killing mutants but is not okay to kill mutants.
