Is Hickman keeping Cannonball and Sunspot in space, so he can have easier access to using them?

Will miss Hickman on this but hopefully Brisson gets it together and writes a good story. He will be writing Moonstar and Karma it seems, so keeping an eye out.

I like that 'Berto and Sam are being split off from the rest of the group, if only because 'Berto, while I've loved him to bits, has stolen all the oxygen from the room for long enough, and I'd like to now see more of Dani and Rahne, in particular. (But also Doug, who has some special 'speaker for Krakoa' thing going on that I'd like to see explored a bit more.)

Loved this book but it's sadly my last issue. The issues written by Ed Brisson were less than impressive (I totally skipped New Mutants #6) I don't think he is up to the task.

It got Xandra on the throne, it made Deathbird regent, it got two Krakoa gates to Chandilar

It seems to be setting up future space stories for Hickman to pick up in X-Men

I get that but thats other characters and its setup for other plotlines, not necesarily for the NMs. For the NM, they didnt really get much development
