Has there been more appearances of stones recently and which ones are they?

Logan and Maestro no longer have them. Did you not read Duggan's Guardians of the Galaxy, Infinity Countdown and Infinity Wars?

I wonder what the office pecking order is in terms of writers wanting to use the stones in their stories? I know if I was a writer for Marvel I'd call dibs on one of the missing in action stones.

No I didn’t read all of them. What happened to Logan’s and Maestro’s? Also, I seem to remember something about Gamora collecting all the stones for some big fight? Or hasn’t that happened yet?

Gamora did indeed get all the stones, that happened in Infinity Countdown.

Logan handed his stone over to Black Widow, who lost it to Gamora.

I just read Avengers #31, and found out Mephisto now has the Time Gem, and a Gorilla has the Power Stone, so more are popping up as we speak.
