Clint is more than just some rando with a bow and 6 or 7 arrows. He is a highly trained hand to hand combatant and has a mastery or weapons. Is he going to survive against an Omega like Magneto? No. Is he going to be able to go head to head with Cyclops, Havok, Bishop, etc... Hells yeah.

Well, this is where we have to ask, "what is the point of super powers?" Super powers seem to exist for their own sake. Cyclops can project force beams from his eyes. Is that really that useful outside of fighting? Humans spend 97% of their time not fighting. Cyclops has an ability that's going to be pointless for most of the rest of his life. Same deal with super strength, speed, and whatever else. Storm can fly! Humans literally don't need to fly. We fear no land based predators! This means Storm has a wonderful ability that is unique and wonderful, but also utterly pointless. She's 'superior' at something that isn't needed.

Telepaths are the only mutants with a genuine advantage. The incredible convenience of instantaneous communication in a future where information will be valued more than gold.

Actually, Storm could bring rain to agricultural lands that really need it. A pretty useful ability in light of climate change.

What determines need, though? The vast majority of agrarian crisis is caused by human interference. Compounding it by bringing water into lands no longer suited for it could bring about terrible new consequences. Water doesn't come from nowhere, wouldn't she have to shift resources around?
