I love this season so far, great job by all involved.

I hope we get to see Anakin as Vader in animated form preferably in the brief period before he dons the iconic suit as that would be a first. *crosses fingers*

Never personally watched the episode, but have seen clips, but in Rebels, Vader does appear. With Ahsoka confronting him.

He does indeed, but I want to see pre-suit Vader during the events of Order 66 in animated form. Maybe we'll finally get more than a grainy holographic glimpse of Vader in action at the Jedi Temple, which would be so very epic.

The Clovis episodes do have Anakin forseeing his future and going dark a bit earlier, but then forgetting the whole thing ever happened I think.

I've always been a fan of (and assumed) it was the first option, that Anakin just told him.

Doesn't Anakin seem surprised that Palpatine knows he married when the soon-to-be Emperor floats out that the dark side could save her in the ROTS scene where he admits to being the second Sith?

So it would seem, yet somehow the entire turncoat Jedi Master Pong Krell Saga was okay which involved tons of brutal deaths and nihilism (of course, the series aired on Cartoon Network at the time)...

Anakin could also be reacting to Palpatine's knowledge of his bad dreams/fears about Padme dying. (Which he of course alluded to in the opera scene, although he didn't go right to Padme.)

Kind of a fun nod to "Shawshank Redemption" when Wat and the others realize Anakin and the clones have escaped.

The ending to the latest episode was great, and I loved the scene with Anakin.

I didn't think I would but I thought Echo's screwdriver arm was kind of neat. I wonder if that could be setup for the Phase 0 Darktroopers down the line given they're (in Legends) cyborg clones. Echo seems like a good enough proof of concept.

Really liked the Bad Batch bouncing off each other in this episode.

That would be interesting, I'd like to think they kind of ended up like Rex and co. and went rogue.

I think the Darktroopers sort of showed up in Rebels, but mainly as Thrawn's training droids or something.

I usually like the Ahsoka episodes but this one was a dud for me...and what's worse it looks like the next three episodes will continue on from this which is a bummer.
