Captain America (Steve) - Cyclops (Steve would want someone who is an excellent leader/strategist. He and Scott don't always see eye to eye but he knows Scott's a great leader)

Iron Man (Tony) - Black Cat (Tony doesn't bring in someone in his field (partially because he thinks he's unequaled) so instead he brings in someone who'd work well with his personality...fun, flawed, a bit of a troublemaker)

Hawkeye (Clint) - Porcupine (Clint's tight with Spider-Woman so he'd know about Porcupine's reform...and Clint's proof the Avengers are a good place to allow redemption to flourish)

Vision - Adam Warlock (Vision sees the need for a reserved, borderline zen-like influence to be in the mix with all the very emotional humans. Adam's no android, but he can be a calming factor)

Wasp (Jan) - Free Spirit (Jan has blossomed from being a secondary partner to being a hero completely in her own right. She could see Avengers membership doing the same for Cap's former associate)

Scarlet Witch - Doc Samson (Given her past issues with mental fragility, Wanda would likely think having a psychiatrist permanently around could only help the team)

Hank Pym - Guardian (Unlike Tony, I can see Hank wanting a scientist with similar interests in his spot. And Guardian's design of his suit puts him and Hank in similar fields)

Thor - Devil-Slayer (Thor would want a warrior type like he is, someone who can take on all monsters that might appear. What he's looking for is literally Devil-Slayer's name)

Wonder Man - Thundra (I don't see Simon looking for much beyond another strong person and, given he once played Thundra's ex-lover in a movie, there's a connection there)

Black Widow (Natasha) - Misty Knight (Widow would definitely want another badass woman in play to keep all the dudes in line)

Cap Chooses his buddy Jack Monroe, Nomad who needs something to do since he's alive

Ironman Chooses Ben Reilly, The Scarlet Spider- All the fun of Pete without the Baggage and awkwardness

Thor chooses Volstagg, his friend and mighty Asgardian Warrior

Scarlet Witch Chooses Jean The Teen Grey who she mentored for an issue or So

Black Widow chooses Iceman, Bobby Drake, her old friend and Champion's teamate

Wasp chooses Namorita- They've been hanging out and really hit it off

Hawkeye Chooses Speedball- They've been hanging out and really hit off

Wonderman chooses Moonstone- They've been hanging out and REALLY hit it off- They've related about screwing up and seeking redemption and yada yada.

Vision chooses His daughter Viv Vision because its a good place for her and she can do some good here.

Hank chooses Cho Hulk- because of scientific circles and following his progress and what not.
