Create a Substitute Avengers line-up...

Future Foundation, Obsidian Age JLA, the New Avengers episode from "Avengers: Earth Mightiest Heroes"...Im a sucker for replacement teams for when the actual team is MIA.

In that vein...Marvel has decided to do a new Secret Wars maxi-series where everyone who has been an Avenger will be taken to a battle world.

In the monthly Avengers book, we find out Tony and Cap have asked the following Avengers:

Captain America (Steve)
Iron Man (Tony)
Hawkeye (Clint)
Vision
Wasp (Jan)
Scarlet Witch
Hank Pym
Thor
Wonder Man
Black Widow (Natasha)

...to pick a hero they've worked with who has never been an Avenger to be their pick for a substitute Avengers line up should something like this happen.
