Since COIE - Dixon's run on Nightwing for Dick Grayson. First arc of 2006 Blue Beetle for Jaime Reyes. Intro through the end of Kesel's run/Hawaii years for Kon-El. Impulse for Bart Allen, though I find it more variable than the others mentioned (various writers).

Agreed. No subsequent run has been as good as Dixon’s.

Sandman (Wesley Dodds) by Matt Wagner in Sandman Mystery Theatre

All of this, but for Bart, you can't go past the Waid/Ramos issues. Pure joy on a page.
I'd also throw in the Dixon's Robin and Andreyko's Manhunter.

The best Tim Drake was Dixon's run on Robin and Dixon's Nightwing was great, Waid's Flash and Geoff Johns' Green Lantern.

    Agree with all of this.

    I would also add
JSA by James Robinson, David Goyer, and Geoff Johns
    Aquaman by Peter David
Nightwing and Birds of Prey by Chuck Dixon
And I would choose Superman by Dan Jurgens over John Byrne, but Byrne was definitely great.
