Can this be fixed?

Hulk and Wolverine are having one of the numerous fights they have against each other. This time Wolverine has gotten Hulk madder than he ever has been before. Hulk grabs Wolverine's arm And actually bends the lower arm 20 degrees! Can anything be done to fix it?

Get Mags to strip out all the Adamantium again, then break Logan’s arm where it was bent, let his healing factor heal the bone straight and pump him full of Adamantium again.

Indeed. Basically anyone with powers that can affect Adamantium can fix it. Which seems self-evident, but as Beadle has pointed out there are canon characters with such powers.

Magneto is one. Anyone with serious matter manipulation powers or reality warping powers are others.

Classic Strange could likely do it, for example, having spells that aren't made to manipulate Adamantium specifically, but rather 'put crap back together as it was before'.
