Carnage is fast enough to strike or ensnare him well before he jumps.

I'm not sure if that means he loses or not - I'm not an expert on the symbiotes - just saying that if Thor CAN win, it wont be because of mobility. His mobility is sorely lacking compared to Cassidy.

Thor wins with Mjolinir, the Symbiotes win when he's unarmed. They're too fast, to strong and too dangerous for him. Carnage by himself should make short work of Thor.
