An absolute feast for the eyes. The women were beautiful and strong, and of course Storm's mind is breathtakingly gorgeous.

I loved it all especially the cliffhanger. We are in a grand era for the mutants and I'm personally perfectly fine with a silent issue for flair and gorgeousness.

Absolutely stunning. I can post scans of this all day, and I likely will.

    Brilliant reference they gave us:

    This was Good.

But I don’t like Comics without any Dialogue it’s boring. But this was nice. Thought Storms mind made me believe this woman is CooCoo in the head LOL.

But I love the art and I like the bits of how does her Mind know it’s them. Lol. Emma’s Answer was funny. I think with Dialogue it could have been better.

I loved how Emma was like "Well we've helped each other in the past, so now I'm going to show you of that time when I did something truly horrific to you okay"

Ahahah true! But I'm pretty sure the machine virus was a psychic thing since it required 2 telepaths to be detected and it was making Ororo's mind so hostile.

I bought this one digitally and blew up/zoomed in on every single panel. I drank every moment in and I'm officially drunk now.

Dauterman was prematurely taken from the X-house by the Avengers.

I adored this. I was hoping for more interactions, and that this wouldn't be a direct successor to the silent issue, but I do love the imagery/symbolism instead of using words. It makes so much sense for the mind.

Dauterman did such a wonderful job with the visuals, and portraying both Jean and Emma through their actions. Jean's overall concern and empathy for her friend vs Emma's cool indifference to the situation. Jean shined a bit more than Emma here, but I think that's just because she cared more. Emma showing that moment between her and Ororo was a poor choice on her account, but Storm's response made me chuckle.

Is Emma dumb? Why would she show the panther the image of her stealing Storm's body? She was asking to be attacked

Logan smelling a flower made me very funny because I imagined the cliché of the husband smoking many cigarettes while the woman gives birth.

It's like "****, I don't have cigars, I will smell this fucking flower".

She probably thought that being honest about her relationship with Storm was better than trying to lie.

but if thats not representative of where their relationship is now, it seems like a stupid choice on her part. She has other less aggressive moments to pull from

It's a good way to identify herself to Storm's mind.

The snake that attacked was probably the machine virus taking over.

We are talking about a trip to their mind, I understand that everything is metaphorical. Like, they aren't "REALLY" doing that, it's just a way of visualizing it.
