That nobody posted the outrageously raunchy Pinocchio Fumetto Per Adulti covers, but I guess nobody was willing to get banned .

Congratulations to icctrombone for a Depraved and Corrupted cover which somehow managed to get by Code Approval. The green wrist cuffs were a nice touch.

As to what the captain has learned from this contest (known as the peak of the week), control is a huge part of superhero stories and the puppet is a visual method to convey that relationship in both an explanatory and symbolic sense. Kids get the marionette and puppet items and can easily apply the concept behind those to the ideas expressed in the stories. Of course explaining funny books like this is probably why my son never really got into comics. "Seriously, Dad, it NOT school!" But it was a good contest which served to feed my prurient interests.

I really love this weekly contest. it shows me a lot of covers from comics I didnt know where out there. I am learning about new series and artists. And I love seeing the ideas people have for the contests. it is a lot of fun. Thanks to whoever thought i=of it. And thanks to everyone who takes part to keep it alive.
