How do I add a spoiler tag?

Tried [spoiler]This[/spoiler] and [SPOILER]this[/SPOILER] and [SPOILERS]this[/SPOILERS] and finally [spoilers]this[/spoilers] and none seem to work. <spoiler>This too</spoiler> and (spoiler)this as well(/spoiler).
