Cindy's hair length has never been consistent since it was cut just before Secret Wars. Agents of Atlas shows it shorter than it usually is, and certain guest appearances have shown it longer. The way it's shown in that art is probably how it should look. We know it should be long enough to tie back because of the Silkworm arc at the end of her previous solo, so Atlas's artist is definitely getting it wrong.

I also kinda wish they'd draw Silk to be not petite but a tad Taller at maybe 5'8-5'10.

So, in History of the Marvel Universe, I noticed that Waid and Rodriguez actually say that Silk debut AFTER both "Spider-Verse" and "Secret Wars" (2015). What do ya'll think about that?

That's because she was lumped in with the Champions, who did debut after those events. They kind of rushed through that era. Original Sin, Cindy's actual debut event, and Civil War II, which spun off the Champions, were both omitted completely.

"Original Sin" wasn't ommitted; it was included after "Infinity" and "Inhumanity."

That doesn't make any logical sense since she was plot-relevant to Spider-Verse.

They way they worded it in the appendix was like this:
"Teenager Cindy Moon was bitten by a radioactive spider during a science demonstration moments after it bit Peter Parker. Developing spiderlike powers, she was discovered by spider-powered tycoon Ezekiel Sims and locked away in a bunker for over a decade to protect her from the vampiric Inheritors. Discovered and freed by Parkee, now the costumed Spider-Man, Moon adopted the heroic identity of Silk and began her own crime fighting career. She is currently one of the Agents of Atlas. Moon first appeared in ASM #1 (2014) and appeared as Silk in ASM #4 (2014)."

So it looks like her Spider-Verse debut is intact; but maybe her official super career began after "Secret Wars."

Which I think works. There wasn't too much about Secret Wars that informed her original series even though she had a Last Days issue.

Original Sin, Spider-Verse, Secret Wars, then all of her solo book? I guess nothing would be contradicted.

If that's the order that Marvel is going with, I'm fine with it. Secret Wars came at a really inopportune time for some of Marvel's books.

Especially the Spider-Women, as it was only a year after Spider-Verse which they all launched out of. Silk, Spider-Woman, and Spider-Gwen were all interrupted early on.

Yeah, and now they're saying those solo series happened after Secret Wars, which I'm fine with.

But Spider-Woman needs the timeskip Secret Wars created, because she started her relaunch heavily pregnant.

Well, Secret Wars established that 8 months passed in the Marvel Universe between the Incursions and the rebirth. So that could explain things.
