I think Im more of a fan of Events, rather than crossovers.
Easier to not **** up an event. Less Chefs in the Kitchen and more importantly less "filler issues".

That said I do look forward to this. I hope it is as exciting as House of X was.

Yea, the X franchise wants to spread themselves thin and then launch a cross over event...

Would of been better if this was a crossover of 2 or 3 titles. For cost and quality.

I only continue to read X-books because I don't spend any money on it.

    I'm so excited!!!
I never read anything about the Externals before (Liefeld was, is and always will be rubbish) but I'm very interested to have "new" characters written by proper writers to read.
I'm not reading X-Factor, Wolverine and Cable so...that's a total of 5 books/chapters I'll be missing...thank the Goddess for YT and CBR so I won't be missing out.

    YAAAYYYYY!!!

(Omg I loved Senyaka's figure). Tusk too as mentioned by Whim.

I remember those action figures haha. The Tusk and Crule ones were some of my favorites as a kid. That and Strong Guy of course.

What is an External? I only know that Apocalypse in the 90s cartoon called himself an External. (or maybe it was Eternal? I forget.)

What books are important for this event to catch up on? I've been reading X-Force and mainly X-Men title.

The foundation of the story came up first in Powers of X #4. Then X-Men #2 had a nugget and Excalibur, for the most part, has been about •-[A]-• trying to reach Arrako (Krakoa's sibling, sorta) which is connected beyond the borders of Otherworld. Powers of X #4, X-Men #2, and the beginning of Excalibur #9 explain why it's important for him to do so.

Hope this event knocks it out of the park since it seems like we can't miss any issue and it crosses over into almost every x book.

Immotal mutants that lived for thousand of years. Most were killed by Selene...with the exception of Apocalypse and maybe Cannonball
