Wanted to discus this variant. Now it might just exist to be fancy, but it also might have some hidden meaning
Magik: Ace of Swords
Betsy Braddock: Seven of Swords (Or more likely the eight of swords)
Brian Braddock: Ace of Pentacle
Cypher: Two of Cups
last one too obscured to tell.
I think they mean something since Tini is very into Tarot.
Brian:
Ace Of Pentacles Keywords
UPRIGHT: A new financial or career opportunity, manifestation, abundance.
REVERSED: Lost opportunity, lack of planning and foresight.
Betsy:
Seven Of Swords Keywords
UPRIGHT: Betrayal, deception, getting away with something, acting strategically
REVERSED: Imposter syndrome, self-deceit, keeping secrets
These both cards for the Braddocks makes sense with their dilema on who's worthy as Captain Britain.
A picture would last longer darling...
Bable as the Hanged Man really makes sense, meaning he’s giving in, or self-sacrificial, but it might also mean he’s in between two very different stages in his life.
Doug, and I’m assuming either Warlock, or Krakoa, describing their relationship and symbiosis moving forward. Or if it’s reversed, something tragic may happen between them. Which might lead into the fall of Krakoa.
I've missed him and Darwin ever since they left us, I do hope they make their way back by the years end, and I guess they can bring Laura with them. Although I thoroughly enjoyed fhe interactions between Everett and Darwin I ship the bromance.
I'm thinking Doug, he's where all the attention is being drawn though that might just be a fake out. Although Teen Cable is in the upcoming Sword book.
Anyone know what sword that it is (the giant one on top of the tarot cards) and whose it is or at least who wields it primarily?
I was thinking it could be the Blade of the Phoenix but my memory of it is quite hazy so I googled it quickly and I guess I was wrong.
it's just a generic sword.
Has Yu’s permanent replacement been announced yet?
