Yeah they never mentioned that Billy and Tommy weren't mutant anymore after the Maximoff twins retcon. I'm guessing since Wanda implanted her dead children soul or whatever in the newborn twins it doesn't change their genetic makeup wether Wanda is a mutant or High Evolutionairy experiment.
