I think Arakko is on Amenth
Amenth is a fallen Earth

Amenth has a gate to Dryador like how Earth has gateways to Avalon, and now one directly to the Starlight Citadel

I have this fantasy that ForgetMeNot and/or Cipher was with the Vault Team (Synch, Darwin, Wolverine)... and we just forgot... hahaha
