Yes, that would be cool. Having a frustrated White Sword being unable to control Gorgon, yet Gorgon being too gifted a combatant for White Sword to punish. White Sword is really one of the most compelling characters in this event, I hope he sticks around in some capacity.

These Arrako mutants don't seem all that dominant like I was led to believe given that vision that was showed to Logan if Krakoa loses this tournament. Without all the trickery going on, I feel like the X-Men would've cleaned house.

I thought she was really cool (Redroot)as she was originally portrayed as regal, diplomatic character. That made her quite interesting considering the type of mutants that dwell in Amenth/Arrako. However, that great buildup was wasted having her awkwardly run around and getting trapped like an insect admitting she's never won anything. She looked.....pathetic. Very disappointing.

This Wednesday was better with Storm vs. Death, Sinister's nonsense and Gorgon going out like a badass.

This week was a better showing but I think most of that is because the shock of last week already happened.
    You brought back Wolverine

After lame Death and Pogg fights no one from Arrako looks even dangerous. Letdown.
Can`t see them as a serious danger.

Probably the worst fight in terms of wasted potential. This fight deserved an entire issue with Storm reflecting on the consequences of her actions in getting Skybreaker while ultimately deciding it was for the greater good. We deserved to know more about Death and his philosophy and backstory. Then we should have gotten a proper fight with Storm being sober and using her powers or the powers of Skybreaker (which conveniently match her own). Instead she breaks his sword in one move and then stabs him easily. Lazy writing at its finest.

See, I felt almost the exact opposite way about the "Skybreaker..." aspect.

That it just easily broke one of the other swords?

Said everything about it that needed to be said.

Except it's called "Skybreaker" and not "Swordbreaker" and it was established to be able to shoot out bolts of lightning or some kind of energy. If the hype about it was that it could break just about any sword then I'd have less problems. Not to mention in Marauders is talked about like taking it away from Wakanda might cause a civil war and Storm hasn't seemed to care about that or the fact that she betrayed the Wakandans to get it.

Marauders treated the entire thing like it was something extremely special keeping a nation together (which just makes Wakandans look stupid and the Royal family oppressive) and X-Force treated it like it was just another Really Strong Sword™.

Exactly, that's why the vision Wolverine saw is pure crap. We're suppose to believe that these clowns pose some overwhelming threat to the world. That if Krakoa loses they will conquer the world and the combined might of all the world's heroes won't be able to stop them. Talk about over hyping and under delivering, these Arrako champions/mutants are lame and based on what we've seen would get their asses handed to them by earth's heroes. The plant aliens in Empyre were more of a threat than these jokers.

This underscores the main issue I'm having with this second half of the story...too many different writers writing different versions of the same story.
It feels as though at some point during the C-19 lockdown JDW and HiX-Man just zoned out and told everyone else to "do what you want, but make it interesting". And here we have this uncoordinated inconsistent mess of a soup that's been on the stove too long.

The vision was presented by Saturnyne so Logan doesn't try to kill her- it is supposed to be doubtful.

The mutants of Arakko may be little threat apart from White Sword but the demons of Amenth are the real threat and they'll be the ones to destroy the Earth.

It isn't. Saturyne is powerful enough to stop Logan on her own without tricks
