Does anyone else think having the checklist "chapters" make it seem like you have to read all of that to get the "full" story, is a bad idea? That's about a $100 in X-men comics alone there

Seems like a desperate way to get low selling books some up on sales.
It is very obvious that you ve to reall all the books listed to get a complete story.

I think they're playing on the post-HoX hype train. Putting out more issues to milk the x-craze as much as they can. Its more of a second-wind than desperation

the lowest selling DoX book was Fallen Angels which I'm pretty sure finished around 30k , I wouldn't be worried if I were them

They just relaunched the line last year, sales have been down and the hype is gone.

This remembers me of new 52 superman that every new month they would do a crossover with superman books to get better sales

it's like every other event with a checklist, you obviously won't have to buy everything, more important issues will be signed and recaps will exist.
Its still two months away lots of information is still missing

Also the sales are fine stop the doom and gloom nonsense.

Maaaan they know what's up lol to have an event called X of Swords and not feature the one of the most prominent sword carrying X-Men characters would be Criminal.

It was revealed that Apoc was an External in HoX/PoX as well as being retconned as being the "oldest mutant". And yeah dealing with the Arrako "problem" seems to be a major reason for why Apoc joined up with Krakoa.
