    I think Buffy wins comfortably.

    The only opponents of note Kennedy faced were nameless vampires and Ubervamps of the fodder variety.

    Season 1 Buffy beat Luke, the Master, a variety of one-episode demons and a robot - she was way more experienced.

    Yeah, Kennedy just didn't have much in the way of feats versus opponents who themselves had feats.
    Power with Girl is better.
