Hippolyta letting Heracles enslave the Amazons.

Wonder Woman being back in World War 2 (it's like superhero writers know of only one war in history).

Agreed. Especially since I actually liked Diana's Rebirth annual when she first met Bruce and Clark.

The problem with DC is that they try to have it both ways. They try to keep it vague so that they can say “everything counts,” in some instances creating a confusing continuity. Or they doggedly hold onto a particular version of a character even though fans clearly like another version better.
