It was just an okies two-issue story.
It could have done without the Cullen character as he proved to be absolutely irrelevant to the plot.
And I still don't like that guest artist.

The cast is good, they just need to be written better. The frustrating thing is that I enjoy some of Howard's other books, so I do think she's capable of doing better.

I also really like To's art and I think he's been doing great. But if they were to replace him I would want someone with a more stylized, trippy look, like Mike Del Mundo, Rod Reis, or Jakub Rebelka.

krakoa, Otherworld, magik, Betsy, Brian, Apocalypse, Rogue, Gambit, Rictor DEFINITELY deserve Dauterman.

Have you seen him draw the Thor run and that event im blanking on right now.

What narrative? An X focused narrative, sure I can grant you that. However, there is a greater universe out there. For example as a member of the Illuminati in Hickman's 'Time runs out' event Brian was recognised for being an important character in the Marvel landscape.

I can't say I enjoy it. Something about story feels off, Cullen is weird in comparison with his appearances in AA and AU, the kiss was awful imo. I don’t really feel like the characters I know are there.

Plus Cullen knew full well that his crush on his best friend was one sided and made peace with that.

The acknowledgement of Anachronism was a nice touch.

Not really, since it was ignored that Cullen had accepted that Anachronism wasn't into him and was cool with it.

In general Cullen seemed out of character.
