I don't think they're worried because we've seen Krakao's courts in action, calling it a kangaroo court would be giving them too much credit. Because unlike Wanda, Scott actually was held accountable by the authorities in story and we had years where he was a fugitive and lambasted by the superhero community for his actions. Wanda was never held accountable. You cant really fairly compare the two in how they were treated after their transgressions. As someone mentioned, Scott was arrested and placed in a maximum security prison before he went on the run and was chased by SHIELD and the Avengers. Wanda was off living her best life
