I am a Marvel fan preferably cosmic storylines, especially Thanos or Dark Phoenix related, when both the Avengers and the X-Men are involved count me in, loved the original Uncanny Avengers series.
Not a fan of any of the new characters.
(Marvel/DC fan for 44+ years)
Shocked it didn't occur years ago. They could have done this in Utopia.
As much as I hate the witch between the crucible, the Five working relentlessly to bring back lost mutants and mutants forray into magic now would be the ideal time for a redemption story. But she needs to leave her brother/boytoy at home.
She is no mutant there for she doesn't deserve the honor of a trial. We don't think of the pretender nor allow her in our presence.
I honestly thought this was a necro'd thread. Could've sworn there was one on this subject before.
Love is for souls, not bodies.
Krakoa as a nation has no right to put her on trial though. It didn't exist when she committed her crimes.
They could petition the World Court to put her on trial at the Hague but that's a human court, and it would make her a martyr for anti-mutant sentiment
She's more valuable to Krakoa as a boogeyman to make little baby mutants eat their vegetables
Come to think of it, Quicksilver should get at least some if not as much blame for House of M. After all, it was his idea to have Wanda alter reality in a way that would "make everyone happy," or happy enough not to kill her, and Scarlet Witch snapping on Magneto and wiping out all but a few hundred mutants' powers, which did lead to thousands upon thousands of mutant deaths, happened after Magneto killed Quicksilver upon discovering the role he'd played in this mess. Yeah, the Scarlet Witch deserves to face some reckoning for her actions and the devastation they caused, but let's not overlook Quicksilver's role as the instigator of that tragic mess in the first place.
The spider is always on the hunt.
Pietro also got a few mutants killed when he poisoned them with terrigen mist way before the Inhumans started parading their gas clouds
