Somehow I doubt that, because on this cycle mutants wouldn't really care if humans died due to mutation,it would be 'survival of the fittest' those who died would be unfit for pan-Krakoa...Though it would be an interesting story to explore,bitter mutants on Krakoa demanding Wanda is extradited to Krakoa,Exodus for example going as far as acting indipendently sending out his Acolyte assasins in the spirit of Simon Wiesenthal post WW2 nazi hunting.Since Krakoa is echoing nascent Israel in almost every way..Then we can see how the Quiet Council voted on these actions,how Exodus is countermanded on Wanda's hunting(sowing the seeds of his break away from the council)Magnus' dilemma.There's a big story potential there

The X-men already confronted Wanda on the Children´s Crusade crossover what was needed to be said was said that´s why Krakoa is just going around it´s bussines ignoring her so far while Wanda herself does her own thing on the Avengers side.

That's an assumption, we don't know why they're doing anything aside from editorial keeping the sections separated. Except for Exodus, that's got to be going somewhere. And I'd hardly call what the X-men did "confronted" they didn't just argue with her.

I disagree that has been their status since after Children´s Crusade, AvX and AXIS in which Wanda teamed up with Rogue, Uncanny Avengers, the X-men and Magneto to defeat Red Skull and now she´s going to work with Magik on Strange´s academy. If the X-men really were interested in taking any action towards Wanda they could have done so a log time ago. We can make theories about what´s going to happen in the future between them but so far that´s all there´s to be said about the matter.

I was talking about Children's Crusade and it's not like her experience with Rogue was just being friendly. Their reactions have gone further then simply yelling at her, it's violence and trying to isolate her from her social networks in the super-hero community. To date Marvel really hasn't invested in working on how Magik and Wanda view each other, and they're not the stars in that title it's the students. Right now it appears Marvel is trying to avoid bringing M-Day up with Wanda.

We don't know Krakoa's interests with Wanda. She may not be a high priority but them not talking about her isn't a sign they're going one way or another on how they feel about it. It's a blank slate, that's my point. We can't rule anything out with that.

Krakoa has no reason to take action against Wanda. With her current powers she poses no threat to them and starting a fight against her would only lead to unnecessary conflict with the Avengers.

The X-Men are not afraid of the Avengers (right now their numbers are absurdly higher) but they are not going to seek unnecessary conflict.

You can criticize things about Krakoa but it is pragmatic.

He was deeply involved in how M-Day occurred, he's a co-conspirator. But for a real trail Krakoa would need an actual court system rather than the joke they have now. Wanda wouldn't even be allowed to have a lawyer right now.
