First, he tried to kill her in Children's Crusade. Second, with his experience on both sides of the Phoenix he should be far more understanding of Wanda's situation.

As someone mentioned, Scott was arrested and placed in a maximum security prison before he went on the run and was chased by SHIELD and the Avengers. Wanda was off living her best life
wanda also activly seeked out dr doom to achieve the power to commit the decimation, the phoenix five were victims of an accident.
wanda's actions already had an negative intention by seeking out power that she possibly couldn't control

Nah. You see, if she's a mutant then she automatically hasn't done anything wrong. That's how Krakoa works.

Thats a lie. He tried to apprehend her and take her back to Utopia in CC. He did not try to kill her. Scott was understanding. He let her go instead of forcing the issue once the Life Force crap was revealed

The X-men were prepared to instantly fight then and there when she voluntarily surrendered to them, that's why Magneto has to save her. They had no sympathy for Wanda. And when she asked him that she could help repower mutants Scott told her to not do it, despite the fact she did restore Rictor's powers.

Fight, not kill. Scott says multiple times that he wanted to take her. The X-men did not try to kill her in that battle. Why would anyone have sympathy for Wanda considering what she did? F--k her! Them being understanding of the Life Force crap and deciding to leave her alone was enough. She did not need Scott nor the X-men to feel sympathy and coddle her beyond that

No sympathy for mentally unstable people who get taken advantage of?

You must be from the USA.

It's not like they've gone through an ideal like this before, but this must only apply to people who are X-men.

Xavier failed to help Wanda though therapy, as well. Bendis created another Dark Phoenix inspired storyline and people are falling over themselves to burn Jean, I mean Wanda at the stake.

Jean literally killed herself over what she did. Y’all can keep throwing other characters here to deflect but she and Scott were held accountable and paid for their sins. Wanda was vacationing and sipping martinis by the beach

So are most prison units...which is where the Witch should have been.

That’d be silly to put a Life Force infused, mentally unstable person in a simple prison.

Put her head somewhere else then. On a spike or something.
