Round 1 and 2 are Veidt just smacking Overseer around at his leisure but not accomplishing much. I suppose he could try choking him out? The Beast had both hands on his throat for an extended time and couldn't manage much... hmm.

If he cant choke him out, this goes on for a loooong time.

I see David going for the Rocky Strategy: Block with my face and trade hits until the other guy tires. Meanwhile, Veidt dances around him like a Kung-Fu Ali landing shots with impunity until he finally tires and David can grab him.

Unless Veidt can use David's greatest weakness: a puddle of water on the ground.
Critics who treat adult as a term of approval, instead of as a merely descriptive term, cannot be adult themselves. To be concerned about being grown up, to admire the grown up because it is grown up, to blush at the suspicion of being childish; these things are the marks of childhood and adolescence.

Fortunately there's only sand in the arena, so David should be fine.

    Stupid puddle.

Oh, hell. That whole affair still pisses me off.
