There was 2004 Legion reboot Star Boy

Cyborg has the mother box so that might actually count now

Naomi might count, if you consider alternate reality based powers as cosmic that is
"It's fun and it's cool, so that's all that matters. It's what comics are for, Duh."
    Words to live by.

Are kryptonians considered cosmic level? Because if so, you have characters like Val Zod and Calvin Ellis. Now in terms of characters that's currently being written, that's a different story.

Cyborg SHOULD be cosmic level because of his connection to the Mother Box, but writers are more interested in making him Darkseid's slave or the 'am I a man or machine' narrative/angst.

Currently being used? Sadly the only one currently is John Stewart. One of my biggest criticisms for DC is their lack of black cosmic level characters/high powered characters

    Yeah cyborg is cosmic level.
He has become more powerful over time.
Here is a list of cosmic level black characters being shown current in books.
    Cyborg
    John stewart
    Naomi
    Teen lantern
    Djinn
    Fuerza
    Darla Dudley
    Lantern Mullein (Far Sector)
    Kid flash wally west.
Star boy is in the current legion book but i am not sure if this version is black or not.
I have not read the new reboot yet.

DC has some or good amount currently active in comics.

They have two that's currently being used, Blue Marvel (though he's written very poorly in the Dr.Doom series) and Monica in Strikeforce.

The sad thing is that DC is much more known for their cosmic level characters/threats than Marvel, so for Marvel to be ahead of the game than DC really shows how behind DC is.
