Default B-list villains you'd like to see come back

With Nick Spencer telling some interesting stories with Foreigner, Chance and the Chameleon (in addition to bringing back Sin-Eater), and the Non-Stop Spider-Man monthly title having a focus on villains, it seems worth asking what B-listers would you like to see come back.

Instead of Kraven, Hobgoblin, or anyone who has been the main villain in a movie, what B-lister could use an upgrade.

One guy's constant stanning of Cardiac did lead to his appearance in a two-parter of Superior Spider-Man.

My vote on this will always be for Fusion.

Fusion is a good one, yeah. I'm personally with Cardiac because his whole thing is being a vigilante who targets corrupt businessmen and politicians that use their wealth and position to manipulate the law so they can legally get away with hurting, ruining, and even killing innocent people. I would also like Joystick to come back, though, mostly because she could present a darker parallel to Black Cat's thrill-seeking ways and could make for some fun tension with Spidey.

Cardiac For sure. He is one of my favorites. I loved him in Superior Spiderman and in Jane Faster.

Oooh, lots of Ben Reilly / Phil Urich villains:

    Joystick
    Angel Face
    Aura and Override / Shadraq
    Jimmy 6
    Armada

-Pav, who isn't missing Jason Tso...
You were Spider-Man then. You and Peter had agreed on it. But he came back right when you started feeling comfortable.
You know what it means when he comes back

I would find it highly interesting to see another formidable use of the Squid.

The Living Brain, a character from the Olden Days...:

Though he’s come back in modern times...

    ...he needs more exposure.
Heck, he needs his own series.

Living Brain was a semi-regular, for a time...when it was hijacked by Otto Octavius.

Paper Doll, for sure. Let Slott tell his story about the follow up.

I'm not sure if he's still a villain (or ever really was), but I always loved Will O' the Wisp, with his ability to transform into a ball of energy.

    Also the Spot.

I'd like to see him come back in the Robot Revolution that Dan Slott has going on in his Iron Man 2020 saga.
