Who would be the perfect choice for young Palpatine cast?

I'm not pleased with the choice in the deleted scene in Rise of Skywalker.

Robert Patrick when he was playing T1000 was the perfect image for Palpatine in my opinion, handsome and could be charming, but cold and ruthless at the same time.

It was rumored that Matt Smith would play a young Palpatine, although I couldn't really see that-he doesn't look anything like a young Mcdiarmid.


Although they're pretty much the same age, if a Doctor Who was cast as Palpatine Sylvestor McCoy has a slight resemblance.
