The song has a couple joking around about the social mores that they are flouting. The ban, if there is one, is a ridiculous misunderstanding of the song.

For an unambiguously creepy lyric, try "Ain't Nobody's Business" as recorded by Billie Holiday and probably others:

Oh yeah, Bell Biv Devoe's "Do Me" does not hold up well, with a verse about boning an underage girl backstage.

Still not as awkward as most of R. Kelly's song catalog though.

I totally forgot about "Christine Sixteen" by Kiss. Spot on, there.

When I was growing up, I remember hearing the song "Go Away, Little Girl" (by Steve Lawrence, I think). I'd consider it to be from my parents generation. I guess that creepiness isn't bound to any one generation.

This video by Aerosmith of the song "Crazy" is very creepy.. I love the song, but the vid makes me uncomfortable..
