    Where would such a person rank in Rumbles?

    Post-Crisis for both Cass and Dinah. Gets Cass' standard utility belt and Dinah's ... fishnets. No teleporting gear.

    Okay, so really it's 'Cassandra who can now talk perfectly normally and has the Canary Cry'. Dinah adds nothing more to the equation other than bad choice of clothing -- Cass is above her in skill, speed, hitting power, toughness, equipment, etc etc.

    Does she get further in Rumbles? Sure. The Canary Cry gives her a powerful area attack or focused attack that's strong enough to take out some metahumans. She's now capable of curbstomping Shang Chi with ridiculous ease, and even beating up Spiderman (Cry IS going to mess him up, he can't dodge something omnidirectional, she's fully capable of avoiding his webbing long enough to get the Cry started, and she can hit pressure points on him all day long while he's wobbly from the Cry).

    It won't help a lot against people like Iron Fist, mind, because Danny is at least as fast, if not faster, and can slam out his own, more powerful area attack to take her out.

    I would go with 'half the calories' rather than '1 calorie'. Give her the Cass-umi gear, and she shoots past him.

    Give her those and....yeesh, let's toss 'intangibility, teleportation, and dimension-dumping capacity' on top of the Cry and her own, natural abilities.

    So, which preexisting MU/DCU super-villains would best match up with this Cassandra (with normal vocab and Canary Cry)... as in put up a very good fight?
