Default Significant X-character stories/development in other books?

    Wolverine was in New Avengers.

Cannonball and Sunspot were in Hickman's Avengers run.

    X-23 was in Avengers Arena.

    I'm sure I'm missing a lot.

But my question is, do any of these books have significant character development for the X-characters appearing in them? (My question isn't limited to just the above mentioned examples, but to any others as well.)

Probably Storm in Fantastic Four and Black Panther.
Jubilee when she was a New Warrior for 12 minutes.
Emma Frost saved the world from The Void.
Professor X was a founding Illumanti member therefore causing World War Hulk and Secret Invasion.
Angel, Iceman and Beast in Defenders and Cyclops in NEW Champions.

Well Cannonball got a wife and kid whilst he was an Avenger so that's a pretty big development for him. Sunspot led an Avengers team as well whilst suffering from M Pox.

I dunno if the following examples are revelant to the thread, but just in case:

Wolverine's debut in The Incredible Hulk
    Sabretooth's debut in Iron Fist
"The Batman is Gotham City. I will watch him. Study him. And when I know him and why he does not kill, I will know this city. And then Gotham will be MINE!"-BANE

Rogue also had much of her origin in another book (Avengers Annual) as well as her interactions with Carol.

I don't know if Wolverine in Avengers would count. He was on teams for many years but I don't remember him ever developing much or causing a big change in character.

Beast was an Avenger where he developed a friendship with Wonderman.

He also stole one of Wasp's outfits when he left, which he later gave to Cecilia Reyes (who wasn't happy about the design).

Jean Grey was in Jessica Jones: Alias, where she helped a comatose Jones out of her Avengers afflicted coma. Then returned to help Jessica fight off the sadistic Purple-Man with a psychic trigger.

For character development.... Beast in Avengers. Beast, Angel, and Iceman in New Defenders. Cannonball and Sunspot in Avengers.

Firestar was introduced in New Mutants, IIRC, but got the lion's share of her development in the New Warriors (although she did later become an X-Man, briefly).

X-23 got a little bit of development in Avengers Academy, but not nearly as much as she has in the X-books.

Beast, in Avengers, obviously. Angel and Iceman in Champions, and, to a lesser extent, as Defenders.

Sunspot as leader of Avengers Idea Mechanics. A fun switch up for him.

If there was any justice, in five years I'd be able to say Ilyanna got a lot of focus in Strange Academy, but I super doubt it.

    Prodigy in Young Avengers.

Warlock's return after the whole Douglock embarassing stuff happened in the cosmic event Conquest.

Pete Wisdom was in the great Captain Britain and the MI13 series.

Shadowcat in Guardians of Galaxy. That may have helped the transition between Pirate Kitty and Corsair Kate.

Also Boom Boom was in Nextwave, but that was the inverse of character development.

    Thanks everyone for the input!

I wish there was a website that tracked character appearances like this.

I always picture Wolverine more close to the "military" or "spies" heroes like Cap, Black Widow or Fury.
