I do love how well Hickman treats the OG NM team. You can tell he really adores all of them.

Speaking of Martha. Still waiting for her to show up in some knockout outfit in her revived human body and run the world.

I do love that too I mainly think he does mainly because he knows it’s their rightful place to the next in line x-men like they was taught to be I’m just happy someone actually recognize them for what they are and everything they went through

Fun issue.
>I'm normally not a fan of Asrar's current art style but it's fine here.
>A bit annoyed that Scott's optic blasts are all white with red glows these days. I get it, artistic license but still.
>The highlight really is the Scott/Illyana interaction.
>I could live with Jean keeping the mask if she lost the miniskirt.
>Rahne's 'space booty'? No one realized what it was? No one scanned it?

I wonder if Scott's blasts are white with a red glow when he isn't holding back like he often does otherwise. He normally isn't trying to kill his targets, but the Brood are a special case. If the color is a signal that he is going full bore then that would be cool.

With the last few issues, I have no doubt that Hickman will address every question I've ever had or thought of.
I'm looking forward to more Xandra and her meeting with Xavier.
