Default ALTERNATE REALITY episodes of popular TV shows?

Do you know many episodes of various shows where they were dreams or set in the past or whatever?

Ones I can think of are :

    Magnum P.I - 1930's setting. His African-American buddy flew a plane not a chopper...

Days of our lives : a mum and dad read out a fairy tale to a kid. Amongst the kings and queens is Arleen Sorkin as a Harley Quinn like court jester!

Adventure Time _ Fiona and cake

Malcolm in the middle - Mum dreams she has girls not boys. Features some uncanny female versions and the oldest boy in drag.

Batman -brave and the bold : nods to elseworlds

    Others?

I like your ideas, most especially for Days of Our Lives.

Except, you forgot Eugene Bradford (John de Lancie), who was DOOLs first "weirdo", plus he married Calliope Jones (Sorkin). Together, they were hillarious.

Stargate Atlantis (and SG1) has a few great ones, my favorite being the Daedalus Variations, a lovely mystery/bottle episode where the main cast stumbles upon one of their ally ships, the Daedalus, but it is actually one from a parallel universe and it's completely abandoned; its hyperdrive has been replaced with a "reality drive" that pushes the ship to another universe after an allotted period of time. The team are flung through universes and must figure out a way back home, they also encounter some creepy aliens.
The penultimate episode of the series (same season) takes place in an alternate universe where Stargate Command was never created and directly impacts the finale. Features the same cast in completely different roles.

DS9's Far Beyond the Stars has a special place in my heart for obvious reasons.

Goatied Evil Spock (parodied by Nice cartman on South Park)

The popular 80's Australian soap opera A country Practice had a 19th century pioneer town episode.

ARROW had more than a few.

The Invasion crossover of the CW hero shows saw a huge alt reality inducing trap the heroes all had to break out of.

BONES had a couple. In one Booth and Brennan were married and owned a nightclub, and one was set in the 50s where the couple were at odds as cop and jewel thief.

Howabout "It's a Wonderful life" tributes and parodies? :

Married with Children - Sam Kinison's angel shows Al what the world would be like if he'd never existed (a lot better off!)

Beavis and Butthead : Similar. Butthead is shown how everyone would be better off without him. (others?)

The episode of Deep Space Nine where Sisko thinks he is a science fiction writer named Benny Russel in the 1950s, facing the prejudice against black people. Especially heartbreaking was where he
gets his story published and the whole magazine is "pulped".

Supernatural - Gabriel/Loki sends them into the real world. The episode takes a bunch of shots at the actors and people involved with the show. Shows they have a good sense of humor.

Smallville has a few. You have an epiodes where Clark gets to see what life would have been like if he was never there by way of Braniac 5 and then theres also Ultramans earth(Mirror world or some crap I think they called it). Oh also the dream episode where a phantom gets in Clark's head and then Jonn helps him break free of the dream.

    Not just that...

They've had episodes set in the past, and recently cemented that the show exists in a functional multiverse.

Dollhouse had the "Epilogue" epodes, the coda for each season which occurred in the not so distant future where Earth was a dystopian hellscape.

Smallville had an episode where Clark went to an alternate future where Major Zod rules the world and enslaved humanity.

Arrow had an alternate future where Ollie's kids grow up to be adults.

Legends of Tomorrow does this occasionally, they got a team mate from a dystopian future once.

To be fair on Smallvile that wasnt an alternate future. That was just the future. They were just able to prevent it but yea still counts. Also they went to the phantom zone atleast twice I recall.

Also there is an episode where Lex gets shot and his mother shows him a happy future he can have with Lana if he changee his ways and walks away from his dads company.

Also another episode where Jimmy Olsen gets hit over the head and has a dream where hes in some like old school Noir detective story in the 1920s or something like that.

    Lol smallville had alot

Doctor Who has a few episodes where he ends up in an alternate universe or Timeline, or a future that is later changed (Pyramid of Mars, Day of the Daleks).

The earliest example I think is INFERNO, where the Doctor winds up in an alternate world where Britain is a dictatorship and his military friends in our universe are much less friendly. Also, a potentially disastrous drilling project they were monitoring in the main universe is closer to completion in this one.

RISE OF THE CYBERMEN introduces an alternate universe that would play into later episodes, and also introduces the Cybermen into the new series without going over their complex alien origins in the original series.

TURN LEFT has an alternate timeline created a weird insect on Donna's back where she didn't save the Doctor and the domino effects from that.

Dark Shadows had a parallel universe with Barnabas marrying Josette and they had a son, Bramwell; Professor Stokes was a mad scientist and Angelique was his daughter (and she had a twin sister who was good); Willie was a published author who married Carolyn; Juia Hoffman was a housekeeper and devoted to Angelique; Elizabeth and Roger were poor relations, and Maggie was Quentin's 2nd wife (following Angelique's "death") and Trask was the butler!
