Probably marginally above. Galaxies (plural) destroyed by just part of him merely entering the 616 universe (not doing anything, just existing on the same plane of reality).

Even if Cyttorak can destroy the Many Angled One, Shuma has one trick that will prevent Cyttorak's victory. Shuma can regenerated within the host who kills it. Unless Cyttorak wants to be doomed to fight an evil spirit for eternity or kill himself, Shuma wins.

I'd say that Shuma Gorath is above Vanilla Galactus, because Ol' Galan generally keeps himself on the edge of starvation. If he really starts feeding, Galactus can become exponentially more powerful really quickly, considering that he ended up bringing the fight to those universe-busting Celestials after a relatively light snack, and was seriously about to destroy the universe himself when the Dreaming Celestial made his hunger go out of control, IIRC.
