My first thought is Hancock. A thug clowned him at the end for "wearing that tight-ass X-man suit."lol. So maybe the X-men exist in his universe. So it'd be an easy to segway. He's make a great Avenger and fit right in the MCU.
Second I think about the Scorpion King played by the Rock of course not those dtvs. The MCU could pull of a proper sequel maybe have him turn out to be a good king.

Hayden Christiansen's Jumper - teleportational powers like that would fit right in with the MCU.
And because Chris Evans can't be enough heroes, he and Dakota Fanning's characters from "Push."

I think Darkman fits the mood of the Marvel Universe perfectly. Just serious enough but with a nice dose of over the top silly.
