Do you like just the four heroes currently in The Terrifics or would you add (or replace) anyone to the team?

Instead of Phantom Girl, I would have used Zatarra or Vixen with some UST between them and Mr. Terrific. They can also be foils for him as they represent Faith to his belief in Reason.
There are a whole load of characters that showed up at the end of the last issue. Atom, Ted Kord, and several others. The cover for next issue includes Roundhouse from the Teen Titans, of all people, too.

Play up the Fantastic Four allusions and have Black Lightning moonlight on the team, or someone who stands in for She-Hulk or Cyrstal.
Moving away from the Fantastic Four template, I'd add two doctors - Dr Light (Hoshi) and Dr Mid-Nite (Cross)
Grace Choi as a counterpart to She-Hulk
Blue Beetle as a counterpart to Spider-Man

I'd kick out Plastic Man (Metamorpho got all that) and add somebody very different, like The Atom or better yet, Zatanna.
Personally, I like the team as is. Adding more members would make it unduly crowded. Phantom Girl adds a nice innocent dimension to the team that is refreshing. Mr. Terrific is, of course, a key member. I agree that there is overlap between Metamorpho and Plastic Man in terms of power sets. I supposed, if forced to choose, I'd drop Plastic Man...he doesn't really interest me as a character. But who would I put in his place? Somebody who could "flame on"? Naaaaah. A Lantern? No, too much power. Part of what makes the group interesting is that it isn't overpowered unlike, oh, say, the Justice League. A magic user? No, not with the science-adventurer vibe that this book has. Hawkman? Hmmm. That has possibilities. I'll go with Hawkman. He isn't a magic user, but the whole reincarnation thing can play against Mr. T's science-based skepticism.

I think I'd actually keep the team exactly as it is. Maybe this science counsel will become a big element of the title, which gives us tons of guest stars, but the core group is fine, I think.
I do like the suggestion of Hawkman though. And he and Michael have history (or will, when JSA history is returned) which would be a good bonus.

I would avoid adding another super genius hero. That’s Mr. Terrific’s M.O. and since he’s not a meta it would take away him importance to the team. Having a lot of other genius heroes in reserve sounds fun for the next arc but I wouldn’t want to see any of them be permanent members.
Good call! Both of those characters would be great stand ins. Though they’re already having Blue Beetle (wish it would have been Jaime) for Spider-Man, Atom for Antman, and Manbat as potentially Hulk in the next story.
They could add Black Lighting in place of Luke Cage, Godiva in place of Medusa, Vixen in place of Black Panther or Storm, and Etrigan in place of Ghostrider.
Would also like to see The Terrifics go up against or even recruit Solomon Grundy.
