How is he toxic?

I’m no expert, and it’s a word I’ve seen applied to him by others.

I have read that he’s incredibly opinionated and outspoken on social issues, but he must be dismissive and crass to have earned a bad reputation. I’m sure there are specifics events and quotes of Byrne being toxic, but I was hoping others on this forum could enlighten.

He's not really toxic. He's good with the fans but he's gotten into a few spats with other creators and he doesn't keep it on the down-low. Brian Cronin mentioned that he included another Marvel employee as a literal man-baby in one of his She-Hulk vs. Xemnu stories.
