It was Roger Corman-bad. The action scenes were confusing and badly edited, the story was almost non-existent. It was the first Vin Diesel movie I've ever seen (not counting Guardians of the Galaxy) and I found his acting to make Dolph Lundgren look like Robin Williams.
Had this been released in theaters, I have to believe it would have been pulled in 2 weeks. The loss would have been much greater than having been released on VOD.
Also, my attention wandered a bit so I may have missed it, but was the title of the movie ever actually explained?
