In an alternate reality, Hela slew Thor and his Revengers before Surtur could be summoned. Thanos beams down to retrieve the Tesseract from Odin's Vault, knowing this might be his only chance of acquiring the Infinity Stone. But Hela is uninterested in making a pact with the Mad Titan. It's war!


-Rules-

* Live Action versions only.
* Fight starts but is not limited to the MCU Rainbow Bridge (all of Asgard is open).
* Thanos is wielding his Double-Edged Sword.


Round 1: One-on-One. No Infinity Stones.

Round 2: Thanos summons his Black Order (Ebony Maw, Cull Obsidian, Proxima Midnight, Corvus Glaive). No Infinity Stones. Hela is joined by Fenris, Skurge, and has resurrected Thor and his Revengers (Loki, Valkyrie, Hulk, Heimdall, and Korg) with the Eternal Flame, bringing them under her command.

Final Round: Thanos w/ Power Stone vs. Hela, Fenris, and Full-Power Surtur


Who wins?

Round 1: Hela turns Thanos into a pin cushion. He defends himself valiantly but has every disadvantage in this fight. It might take a while, but eventually Hela walks away from his shredded corpse with no lasting damage to herself.

Round 2: Hela can ALMOST solo this round. If it weren't for Maw, she might be able to. Because Maw is there, its likely they defend themselves and disrupt her often enough for Thanos to chop her head off. BUT! With the inclusion of her team, she ends up winning. Too much firepower keeping beheading tactics from coming to fruition.

Round 3: You know what time it is?? MEGA NUKE TIME!!! Thanos flicks his wrist and sends out a moon shredding shockwave AoE that insta frags all opponents.

Hela seemed indestructible too all but Surtur

Hela is stronger, qucker and more skilled then her brother, putting her somewhere around Thanos level, physically, if not a bit above. She adds a healing factor that Godverine would love, and she adds the ability to make an unlimited number of edged weapons that she can project with basically perfect accuracy. Thanos is screwed one-on-one.

Hela probably still solos round 2, only because she's quicker than Maw. But even if she doesn't solo, hving eveyone else there to help her means that her team wins 10 out of 10.

With a stone, though, this is Thanos' to lose. He can just keep spitting out Captain Marvel-KOing blasts, earning at least a 10 count on Hela and killing everyone else.
