From #40 to #31,the Marvel Omnibus that i think would be awesome would be:
Captain America by Gruenwald (This went from 56th place in last year most wanted Omnibus Poll to 38th this year)
    Spectacular Spider-Man Omnibus.
And maybe New Warriors Vol 2,i read more the first stories that the stories that would be in a second volume, but this looked like a comic book that kept being interesting.

Iron Man by Michielinie Vol. 2 and Captain Britain & MI13 were 7 and 8 on my list.

I'm all for New Avengers Vol. 2 and voted for it in the past but I do feel that ship has sailed. The same for Ultimate Spider-Man Vol. 2 - I ended up getting the remainder of the run in OHCs as well as the Death of Spidey Omni. Spectacular Spider-Man - I've started collecting the MMWs but I'll probably succumb to the Omni. Definitely will pick up the Cap Gruenwald Omni.

Four of my choices have now appeared. I'm really hoping for high positions for Soule's Daredevil and Cap America Vol. 3.

    #31 Ultimate Spider-Man 2
    Day One buys
Iron Man by Micheline vol. 2
    Captain America by Gruenwald
Spectacular Spider-Man (but it's not happening till we get at least a vol.5 MMW solicited, I want it but that's why I didn't use a vote on this)
    New Warriors vol. 2
New Avengers vol. 2 (#3 on my list)

Everything else would be a "wait for clearance/great sale" EXCEPT for Ultimate Spider-man...I just don't care, plenty of real 616 Peter.

YES! Charles Soule's Daredevil has made a leap of 20+ positions from last year IIRC. This was No. 2 on my list but as a Volume 1. Five of my choices have now appeared.

I'll definitely pick up the Spider-Man Brand New Day Omni. Not sure about Superior Spider-Man as I have the OHCs. If they break it down into two Omnibuses and include the relevant Avenging Spidey and all the Superior Team-Up issues, then I'm in.

Looking forward to also seeing Daredevil (Silver Age) Vol. 2 higher up on the list.

Here's hoping that the DeMatteis/Buscema SSM run made in into the top 10 this year.

Spider-Man Brand New Day Omnibus and Superior Spider-Man would be books that i would like to have in my collection for sure.
I have those stories in single issues but as a fan of those stories i would like to have them in a Omnibus format.
Others Omnibus that i think would be great are Alpha Flight 2,Defenders 1.I Did not read many of the stories that would be in the Alpha Flight and Defenders Omnibus but the few stories i read i enjoyed so i would like to see those stories in a Omnibus.
X-factor by Peter David was a comic book that i read most of the stories way back and i liked the stories and the creativity in the art so thatīs another one.
Miracle Man is a maybe to me,not because i donīt want to collect the stories but because i might buy the stories in another formats instead.

Four more of my picks made the 11-20 spots. That means 9 of my choices made it

Daredevil SA Vol. 2 was No. 5 on my list, Wolverine Vol 2 was No. 10, Spider-Man by Defalco was No. 4 and Captain America SA Vol 3 was No. 3. I was really hoping for Cap Vol. 3 to break the top 10 this year. I would also pick up Avengers SA Vol 5, Spectacular Spider-Man by Dematteis and Silver Surfer by Englehart.

Only one vote of mine hasn't charted and I know it won't - GA Captain America Vol. 2. It's an outsider but taking into consideration two outsiders who I've been voting for from the very beginning have finally started to chart (Captain Britain + MI 13 last year and Daredevil by Denny O'Neill this year), anything's possible in future years.

I voted for Spider-Man by Defalco (A awesome run in Amazing Spider-Man),Spectacular Spider-Man by Dematteis (one of my favorite runs in comic books in regards of story and art, just great Spider-Man stories in this run) and Generation X.(Would be mostly stories that i have never read but i would like to see them in a Omnibus)
And maybe Wolverine Omnibus Vol.2 these are the stories before the Larry Hama run in the comic book, and have several writers as John Byrne.Did not read the majority of these stories back then so would have to know more about these stories.

Silver Surfer by Englehart! Marvel, please make it happen. With the reprint of Silver Surfer there's no better time.

So what does everyone think will make the top slots? This is what I reckon:

    1. Fantastic Four Vol. 4
    2. Uncanny X-Men Vol. 5
    3. Amazing Spider-Man Vol. 5

That order would be my guess as well.
Iīd say any of these three could be in the first place but Uncanny X-Men Vol.4 was recently anounced and Amazing Spider-Man Vol.4 is new so maybe that means that Fantastic Four Vol.4 got slightly more votes.
