The only mention of the Hall of Justice is when it was established during the Super Friends era. Nothing about memorials or the various superhero graveyards or the many times the Hall of Justice has been reestablished. I also thought the Robot Mecha Hall of Justice was cool, but it's also not going to be included, no matter how dumb and awesome that is.

I can’t find anything on it. It might be worthwhile to try to put together.
I don't think you're understanding me. Like I said, I didn't include the memorial before and I'm not going to include it now because it's far too specific a detail for a history that's meant to be covering the broad strokes of the DCU. If you'd like to create your own DCU history that specifically mentions Hall of Justice memorials, you're free to do so.
If you have any other suggestions, I'm all ears, but I'm not necessarily going to make any changes unless I think it's a good idea. Your suggestion about the Batman villains, for instance, prompted me to include Clayface, who I think is a significant enough a character to be in this history.
Thanks.
I made a few tweaks to the Post-War Superman section. I didn’t like the pose for Faora, but I wanted something drawn by Jose Luis Garcia Lopez (praise be his name). I like this one much better. Thanks to the Comics Art Community for helping me track down this shot.
Keep in mind that this is not meant to be an exact representation of the Superman comics that were published after 1945. It’s a combination of the comics, Superman Smashes The Clan, and an amalgamation of all the various first encounters with the Phantom Zone criminals. It’s also paying homage to the Smallville TV show with Clark, Lana & Lex teaming up and the removal of Siegel & Shuster from the Superman comics.
