I'm leaning towards Trinity. She's stronger (struck a henchman so hard into a wall he was temporarily embedded), has comparable levels of durability and reflexes, and fared better against an Agent than Buffy would.

I think I would lean Trinity, but a lot of that is just how much more money was spent on fight choreography. Trinity is visibly more skilled thanks to that.

Trinity's biggest edge is probably her mobility. For all Buffy's speed and strength, she basically moves around like a person. Trinity jumps from skyscraper to skyscraper, and runs on walls and such.

Trinity doesn't hit that hard, but she does hit hard enough to down Buffy with her superior speed.

I wouldn't really count the jumping far as durability or strength, since it's more a Mateix mecanic. Agent Smith battering Neo in the 1st movie is probably about where Trinity tops out in durability, and that's perhaps being generous.
